The main sectors of Solar Energy Expo 2026 are sold out. Reservations for the 2027 edition start already in November

The main trade sectors of the 5th edition of Solar Energy Expo 2026 were sold out several months ago. The enormous interest in the event from companies in Poland and abroad has resulted in more than 90% of the exhibition space already being reserved. Solar Energy Expo is currently the largest and fastest-growing platform for the renewable energy industry in Central and Eastern Europe. The 2025 edition attracted 20 176 professional visitors and 315 exhibitors from 35 countries, confirming the event’s importance as a key meeting place for leaders of the renewable energy sector. Each year, both the number of exhibitors and the demand for exhibition space continue to grow. The strong development dynamics of the renewable energy industry in Poland translate into increasing interest in participating in the fair among companies from around the world. Solar Energy Expo has become an event that brings together manufacturers, distributors, installers, investors, and industry experts in one place.

Last available spaces for the 2026 edition

The last available exhibition modules remain for new exhibitors in the following sectors:

• energy storage and e-mobility,
• PV components and mounting systems,
• new technologies in energy management.

The organizer encourages interested companies to contact the sales team.
The availability of space changes daily, and the last locations in halls E and F are attracting exceptionally high interest.

Reservations for the 2027 edition will open already in November
In response to numerous inquiries regarding the possibility of early booth reservations and securing the best locations, the option to reserve exhibition space for Solar Energy Expo 2027 will be launched by the end of November 2025. The introduction of an early reservation system is a response to the growing interest from both Polish and international exhibitors. This solution will allow companies to secure attractive spots in the halls one year in advance and plan their participation in future editions of the event with adequate logistical and marketing lead time.

Solar Energy Expo 2026 will take place on January 13-15, 2026 at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn, near Warsaw. It is an event that sets the direction for the development of the RES sector each year and serves as the most important meeting place for representatives of the renewable energy sector in Poland.
