Photovoltaics, energy storage systems, solar technologies, electromobility, modern energy management systems, and innovative solutions for industry and construction – these were the areas that dominated the 5th edition of Solar Energy Expo, the largest renewable energy industry trade fair in Central and Eastern Europe. The event took place on January 13–15, 2026, at Ptak Warsaw Expo and attracted an impressive number of participants. The trade fair was visited by 21,757 people – representatives of business, investors, installers, engineers, and energy market experts from Poland and abroad. This represents an attendance increase of 7.84% compared to the previous edition, which clearly confirms the growing importance of Solar Energy Expo as a key meeting platform for the renewable energy sector in Central and Eastern Europe.

The Solar Energy Expo program was rich in specialized industry events that attracted experts, investors, and business representatives from the renewable energy sector from Poland and abroad. Conferences, panel discussions, workshops, and market premieres created a space for substantive knowledge exchange, networking, and real discussions about the future of energy.One of the key points of the program was the Solar Energy Expo Experts Stage, located in Hall E, which served as a venue for debates, presentations, and analyses devoted to the development of photovoltaics, energy storage, and modern RES technologies. Participants had the opportunity to listen to industry leaders and practitioners sharing experience and market forecasts. An important element of the program was also the Solar Energy Expo Experts Studio, within which free workshops on cybersecurity in the energy sector were held. These meetings, organized by CYRUS and the Polish Internal Security Platform, provided participants with practical knowledge on protecting energy systems and digital infrastructure.A significant part of the event was also the PIME Storage Energy Summit, organized by the PIME+ Association, which focused on issues related to energy storage and the development of modern energy systems. The summit created a space for dialogue between manufacturers, investors, and decision-makers of the RES market.The program was complemented by an Industry Report devoted to the directions for the development of the renewable energy market and energy efficiency in Poland, prepared by Nano Media Group, Newstyle.pl, B2B Industry, and C! Industry. The publication met with great interest from participants, providing up-to-date analyses, market data, and forecasts for the entire industry. All of these events made Solar Energy Expo not only a trade fair, but a comprehensive platform for knowledge, dialogue, and cooperation for the renewable energy market. It was here that one could feel the true atmosphere of the RES industry—based on innovation, responsibility, and the joint building of the future of modern energy.
